Kat is an innovative Casting Director and Producer with nearly 20 years of experience working on both SAG-AFTRA union and non-union content including commercials, digital content, branded content, indie films, television shows, and live events.

This year, Kat will celebrate her 17th year as the in-house Talent Producer for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (The Emmys). Via her tenure with The Emmys, Kat developed unique relationships with talent throughout Hollywood, from Zendaya, to Harrison Ford, to Seth Rogen, and everyone in between!

In addition to establishing direct relationships with talent, Kat’s many years producing at the Emmys also helped her to develop a shorthand with reps at all major agencies (WME, CAA, UTA, Gersh, etc), management firms (Managment 360, Untitled, Anonymous, 3Arts, etc), and all Public Relations Firms and individual publicists. Utilizing this shorthand, Kat expanded her reach as a Casting Director and Producer, working alongside talent at celebrity production companies including Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine, Kevin Hart’s Hartbeat, Trevor Noah’s Day Zero Productions, Lebron James’ Springhill, Gordon Ramsay’s Studio Ramsay, Dwayne Johnson’s Seven Bucks, and many other production companies with celebrity leadership.

Furthermore, as an experienced Casting Director and Producer, Kat has been fortunate to work with top-tier agencies on commercials and ad campaigns for global brands including P&G Lifestyle, P&G Personal Care, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Sam’s Club, Wells Fargo, Toyota, Audi, Fiji Water, Grey Goose, Heineken, United Airlines, Hyundai, Kia, Visa, NetMarble Gaming, FedEx, and many more.

Since 2013, Kat has sold, cast, and/or produced more than 75 shows for major networks and streamers including Disney+, FOX, Tubi, HGTV, Discovery, Netflix, Amazon/MGM, Peacock, Paramount+ and more. She has also created and produced many innovative digital series that turned social media stars into household names and garnered more than 10 billion views on brand partnered episodes featured on YouTube and across all social platforms.
